AEONMALL starts construction of 8th shopping mall in Vietnam

AEON MALL Thanh Hoa shopping center has a scale of 10.5 hectares, floor area of ^{​​120,000m2} , rental area of ^{​​52,000m2} , located in Quang Thanh ward, Thanh Hoa city, 135km south of Hanoi capital.

The project is about 10 minutes drive from Thanh Hoa city center, located in a large-scale, developing residential area in the South of Thanh Hoa city and right on the belt road surrounding the urban area.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Do Minh Tuan - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province - affirmed that Thanh Hoa province highly appreciated the AEON MALL Thanh Hoa Trade Center project with a total investment of VND 4,157 billion, considering it a bridge to promote the cooperative relationship between Vietnam and Japan.

Once completed and put into operation, the project will be one of the prominent destinations of Thanh Hoa City and the whole province, serving not only local people but also domestic and international tourists; contributing to solving employment for workers and increasing state budget revenue.

AEONMALL Vietnam Co., Ltd. said that AEON MALL Thanh Hoa shopping center will be built in 2 years, with the goal of opening at the end of 2026.

AEON MALL Thanh Hoa is not only a place for shopping, entertainment and dining, but will strive to go beyond the framework of a shopping center and become an indispensable presence for the community in Thanh Hoa province.
