(HCMC) ACB and MISA Joint Stock Company signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement to connect systems to provide financial services and solutions for businesses, business households and individuals. These digital solutions will support customers in managing their finances, operating effectively, accessing business capital quickly, and improving user experience.
Under the cooperation, ACB's corporate and household business customers will be consulted and updated with MISA's software solutions suitable for their industries and fields of operation, including cash management solutions (account services, collection services, payment services), credit solutions on software and appropriate data and technology solution packages such as financial accounting software products and services, sales marketing, human resource management, executive management, digitalization and digitalization tools.
At the same time, ACB's financial services will be directly integrated on MISA's platforms and software, including tuition collection services on the MISA EMIS education platform, payment services on MISA CukCuk restaurant management software, automated collection/payment services for businesses on MISA AMIS accounting software, and credit packages on the MISA Lending business loan connection platform.
In addition, ACB and MISA will provide each other with products and services with many incentives. ACB will introduce to MISA staff financial programs and solutions that suit their needs and personal goals, and MISA will provide ACB and its subsidiaries with software and technology services.
In the future, MISA and ACB aim to launch co-branded credit cards, helping corporate customers and business households of both parties increase their access to capital. At the same time, the two sides will continue to research and expand cooperation portfolios to optimize the potential and advantages of each side and bring real values to customers.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mr. Ngo Tan Long, Deputy General Director of ACB shared, “Understanding the digitalization needs of businesses and business households, ACB has joined hands with MISA to provide customers with comprehensive solutions to support them in doing business effectively, not just limited to the financial sector. Using the solution set from ACB and MISA, businesses will save on technology investment costs, time and human resources to carry out digital transformation, improving competitiveness.”
