Runner-up Bui Phuong Nga, MC Phi Linh VTV share the secret to balancing life

A Phuong Nga and MC Phi Linh both have successful careers and happy families, but deep inside they are struggling mentally to maintain their "balance".

Runner-up Phuong Nga and MC Phi Linh revealed the secret to maintaining balance in life when participating in the "The Roles" campaign on the occasion of designer Cuong Dam launching the "Symmetry" collection.

Phi Linh works in many different roles such as MC, journalist, editor, producer and also mother of a lovely baby girl. She expressed her opinion that balance is not a fixed state but a combination of stillness and movement. There are days when Phi Linh is busy with work but will create quiet time for herself to relax and recharge.

“In women's inner instincts, there is already the ability to balance and multitask. I admit that inside my calm and gentle appearance is a world of conflicting emotions. It is these hidden waves that give me the courage to prepare myself for any unexpected events that may happen, sadness - joy, success - failure," MC Phi Linh shared.
