According to the Nam Thanh Regional Tax Department, in the first 8 months of 2024, Thanh Ha district's budget revenue reached more than 1,453 billion VND, an increase of more than 774 billion VND compared to the annual plan (the province assigned more than 679.3 billion VND for the whole year).
Recently, Thanh Ha district has focused on collecting outstanding land use fees. The land use fees allocated in the year alone were 600 billion VND, but more than 1,344 billion VND has been collected (in the same period in 2023, only more than 5.8 billion VND was collected). Currently, Thanh Ha district has 3 large residential area projects with outstanding tax debts, including: the new residential area of Cam Che commune still owes more than 332 billion VND; the new residential area of Dong Phan village, Tan An commune owes more than 360 billion VND; the new residential area of Tan An commune and Thanh Khe commune owes more than 382 billion VND.
Leaders of Thanh Ha district and Nam Thanh Tax Department have worked directly and had dialogues with businesses to remove difficulties and obstacles to promptly handle outstanding debts.
In addition, other revenues such as non-state taxes, registration fees, etc. all increased compared to the same period last year.
