
According to the Decision, the list of products, goods and services that must register standard contracts and general transaction conditions as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 28 of the Law on Consumer Protection includes:
1- Providing electricity for domestic purposes.
2- Providing domestic water.
3 - Pay TV.
4- Terrestrial mobile telecommunications services (voice services, messaging services, internet access services).
5- Fixed terrestrial telecommunications services (voice services, internet access services).
6- Air passenger transport.
7- Railway passenger transport.
8- Buying and selling apartments.
Decision 07/2024/QD-TTg takes effect from July 1, 2024.
* Clause 1, Article 28 of the Law on Consumer Rights Protection stipulates: Organizations and individuals trading in products, goods and services that are purchased and used regularly and continuously by a large number of consumers and have a direct and long-term impact on consumers must register a standard contract and general transaction conditions with the state management agency on consumer rights protection before using them to enter into contracts with consumers.
Based on socio-economic conditions and the need to protect consumer rights in each period, the Prime Minister shall promulgate and amend the List of products, goods and services subject to registration of standard contracts and general transaction conditions as prescribed in this Article.
