“Truong Sa - Ben bo trong nhau” is a special musical film praising the navy soldiers at the forefront of the wind and waves. The film is about a navy soldier with a family tradition of 4 generations of navy soldiers. The film shows the love and pride of the soldiers when wearing the uniform to protect the territorial waters of the Fatherland. The impressive thing and also the images that the audience sees for the first time is the depiction of the image of the soldiers and the navy in the new era of creativity, eliteness and modernity. In addition, the film has many touching stories about the sacrifices of the soldiers and their rear - the brave wives and mothers who overcome hardships so that the soldiers can wholeheartedly serve the Fatherland.

The story in the film is told simply and sincerely, interwoven with songs about soldiers through the voice and performance of Meritorious Artist Khanh Hoa, a female artist who always prioritizes her career to sing about the sea and islands, especially Truong Sa - bringing many emotions to the audience.

Meritorious Artist Khanh Hoa shared: “Truong Sa is my greatest and deepest love. Although I have been to Truong Sa 8 times, for me, each time feels like the first time. Each time I go, my emotions are enriched and deepened. I am very happy in the atmosphere and people of Truong Sa. Meeting and working with the soldiers and people here, I always feel full of humanity and burning love for the Fatherland. I am "addicted" to that feeling and am always ready to return. Although I cannot always come to Truong Sa, in my heart, the love for Truong Sa always reigns, always exists. The further away I am, the more I miss it, the more it urges me to carry out this music film project.”

The film uses 8 familiar songs but with new arrangements and delicate arrangements, suitable for the feelings, emotions and thoughts of naval soldiers as well as women in the rear in each period.

The first phase consists of three songs with deep lyrical qualities: “Sending the Seagull” (music and lyrics: Vo Thien Lan; arrangement: Do Bao); “Love you” (music and lyrics: Dinh Dung; arrangement: Huyen Trung); “Mom tell me” (music and lyrics: Xuan Binh; arrangement: Huyen Trung), recreating the daily life, love and simple wishes of a navy soldier.

Part two includes two songs “That Place is Truong Sa” (music and lyrics: Xuan Nghia; arrangement: Tran Manh Hung) and “A Candle of Gratitude” (music and lyrics: An Hieu; arrangement: Ngo Minh Hoang). In this part, interspersed with the film content are scenes showing off the elite, modern forces of the Navy and the Vietnam People’s Army with weapons, artillery ships, missiles, sailboats, submarines, airplanes, etc.
