With 7,087 recruitment positions from 76 businesses, the 2025 Job Fair has the largest number of participating businesses and the largest number of recruitment positions, with the most diverse fields. It is expected that there will be more than 5,000 registrations, interviews at 68 direct recruitment booths and 8 units sending recruitment information for positions.
Within the framework of the event, there was also a "Digital Business" competition for students majoring in E-commerce at Dong A University and an E-commerce Festival - Ecom Day 2025, organized for the first time by the school and the Vietnam E-commerce Association in the Central - Central Highlands region, with 6 enterprises in the field of e-commerce participating in signing and recruiting.
Mr. Vo Van Khanh - Chief Representative of Vietnam E-commerce Association in the Central Highlands - Central region said that Vietnam e-commerce and digital business are entering a period of rapid development, where technology is becoming the main driving force for change.
From artificial intelligence (AI), big data to modern digital business platforms - these trends not only optimize processes but also open up unlimited creative opportunities for the industry.
In that context, training a generation of young workers who are skilled and sensitive to technology is an urgent task to be able to take full advantage of the potential of this promising market. And the job fair is a testament to the intersection between education and practice. Through this event, students will be inspired, exposed to new technology trends, new playgrounds and ready to enter the labor market with confidence and creativity.
At the opening session of the 2025 Job Fair, Dong A University signed 14 cooperation documents with business partners participating in the training cooperation program, providing human resources in the fields of economics - tourism, engineering - technology, languages, etc. Thereby increasing the scale of the network of domestic and international business partners of Dong A University to more than 680 units.
The pre-graduation career fair has created conditions for students to approach many businesses as well as career opportunities. In particular, this is also considered a two-way interaction when students can "find" a suitable workplace and directly demonstrate their professional capacity to employers; while businesses directly "select" suitable human resources.
On this occasion, many second and third year students also participated in interviews with businesses to proactively grasp internship opportunities as well as their desire to work after graduation.
It is expected that in May 2025, Dong A University will continue to organize the 10th Japan Job Fair, thereby recording a significant increase in the quality of students in the school's majors as well as the interest of Japanese corporations, businesses and localities.
