72 million VND "lost" for 2 months without anyone knowing

On June 25, Ta Nung Commune Police (Da Lat City, Lam Dong ) announced that the unit had organized the return of 72 million VND to Ms. Dao Thi Dung, residing in Nam Ban town, Lam Ha district, Lam Dong.

According to information, on April 20, Ms. Ninh Thi Chat (residing in Ta Nung commune) received a notice that her account balance increased by 72 million VND. At that time, she thought that this was the amount of money an acquaintance transferred to her husband, so she did not investigate further.

Recently, Mrs. Chat asked her husband about the above 72 million VND but her husband did not know.

Mrs. Chat and her husband then went to Ta Nung Commune Police to report so that the force could verify and return the money to the person who transferred the money by mistake.

Ta Nung Commune Police coordinated with Lam Dong Provincial Police and relevant banks to identify the owner of the money as Ms. Dao Thi Dung, residing in Nam Ban town (Lam Ha district, Lam Dong).

Surprisingly, this woman did not know she had transferred the wrong money until the police came to inform her.
