On July 28, the Ha Tinh Literature and Arts Association organized a training course on "Identifying contemporary literature and exchanging creative skills" for nearly 70 students who are members majoring in prose, poetry, criticism theory, folk literature, and literary collaborators throughout the province. In his opening speech, Chairman of the Ha Tinh Literature and Arts Association Tran Nam Phong emphasized: Identifying contemporary literature in the current context is extremely necessary for writers and poets to understand social issues. At the same time, supplementing and developing skills in writing poetry, prose, and literary criticism will help students produce quality works that meet public demand.
At the training session, Associate Professor - Doctor, Literary Critic Ngo Van Gia shared and analyzed the conditions and contexts governing the movement of contemporary Vietnamese literature, raising issues of current literature. At the same time, Associate Professor - Doctor Ngo Van Gia also shared practical experiences in literary composition, short story writing skills, literary criticism... with the trainees.
Poet Nguyen Viet Chien discussed creative skills with students; analyzed the responsibility of the composer in maintaining the development of poetry, and concerns about poetry in the present era. At the same time, the poet also conveyed to students the techniques, language, and images in poetry composition...
The trainees seriously followed the rules and regulations of the training conference; fully absorbed the content of the topics conveyed by Associate Professor - Doctor, Literary Critic Ngo Van Gia, and Poet Nguyen Viet Chien.
