The Vietnam International Electronics and Smart Equipment Exhibition (IEAE 2024) brings together 600 businesses, units, and manufacturers to display and introduce tens of thousands of advanced and modern consumer electronics, household appliances, electronic components, and lighting equipment.
On May 23, at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City), VINEXAD Advertising and Trade Fair Joint Stock Company (Ministry of Industry and Trade) and Chaoyu Expo Company, with the support of the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), Vietnam Electronic Enterprises Association (VEIA), Vietnam Association for Consumer Goods Development (VACOD), held the opening ceremony of the Vietnam International Exhibition of Electronics and Smart Equipment (IEAE 2024).
The exhibition brings together 600 businesses, units, and manufacturers displaying about 800 booths to introduce tens of thousands of advanced and modern domestic and foreign electrical and electronic products, household appliances, electronic components, and lighting equipment to Vietnamese viewers.
In addition to displaying and introducing products, the exhibition also has 5 specialized seminars, 1-1 business connection programs... This is an opportunity for Vietnamese businesses to access the world's electronic and smart device trends, and is also a place for exchange, meeting and trading between domestic and foreign businesses.
Ms. Nguyen Van Nga, Chief Representative of the Ministry of Industry and Trade Office in the South, said that IEAE 2024 attracted a large number of businesses and manufacturers of electronics and smart devices, which is a testament to the strong development of the domestic and international electronics industry, as well as the market demand for modern technology products. In particular, many reputable manufacturing and trading units bring quality solutions, technologies, products, etc. to the potential Vietnamese market.
"IEAE 2024 this year is expected to facilitate important trade promotion activities, helping the business community find partners and markets. At the same time, domestic manufacturers will have access to new products and services to boost production development, improve the living conditions of Vietnamese people on the path of deep integration into the international economy," Ms. Nguyen Van Nga added.
Mr. Wang Bing Ben, representative of the Organizing Committee of IEAE 2024, also said that since IEAE Vietnam was held in 2019, it has received positive responses from exhibitors, buyers and industry partners. In addition, the scale and influence of the exhibition have continuously increased, as evidenced by the number of booths and product quality. Specifically, the scale of each exhibition has increased by 45% in terms of the number of participating businesses; at the same time, it is proportional to the number of visitors from provinces and cities.
The exhibition lasts from now until May 25.
