600 of the world's leading technology companies are present at FPT Techday 2023

At FPT Techday 2023, 11 international partners of FPT such as: Schaeffler, Konica, AFLAC, SC Ventures, Olympus, Landing AI... demonstrated technology platforms and products.

On October 24, the biggest annual technology event of the year, FPT Techday 2023, opened in Hanoi with the theme "35 years of creating happiness". The event had more than 10,000 direct participants, including more than 2,500 technology experts, digital transformation experts and business owners from dozens of countries around the world .

After 35 years of development, FPT has become a global enterprise, not only reflected in the number of 30 countries and territories or 290 FPT offices present, but also in the recognition and cooperation of international businesses and technology. The international element is most clearly shown at FPT Techday 2023, which is completely different from the previous 10 organizations. Especially the presence of 600 global enterprises, many of which are from the Fortune 500 list.

Experience technology at the event

At FPT Techday 2023, 11 international partners of FPT such as Schaeffler, Konica, AFLAC, SC Ventures, Olympus, Landing AI... demonstrated technology platforms and products, which are the results of cooperation and research and development between FPT and its partners. This is the strongest affirmation of FPT's technology activities on a global scale. At the same time, to realize and continue to lead technology on an international scale, FPT Corporation also signed a series of M&A and MoU with global companies.

Most notably among these collaborations, FPT will join hands with Landing AI, a leading US computer vision and artificial intelligence (AI) software company founded by Andrew Ng, an AI pioneer and co-founder of Coursera, former chief scientist of Baidu and founding leader of Google Brain. FPT and Landing AI signed a strategic partnership to develop business and human resources in this potential field. The cooperation between FPT and Landing AI is expected to open a new chapter, contributing to promoting the development of AI in Vietnam, the US and around the world.

At the event, FPT Chairman Truong Gia Binh said: “AI cooperation is one of the pillars of Vietnam - US cooperation in the coming time. Cooperation with the world's leading companies such as Landing AI, with geniuses like Andrew Ng will open a new era for AI development in Vietnam, contributing to making Vietnam a leading AI power. I believe that cooperation will not only create positive changes in Vietnam, but also bring great benefits in AI research and application and contribute to the development of the workforce in this field globally”.

Affirming that Vietnam is a potential destination for AI investment, Mr. Andrew Ng said: “I am very impressed with FPT's ability to solve complex challenges through technology, as well as FPT's commitment to education. FPT not only demonstrates its technological level but also shows its determination to make Vietnam a developing technology center of the world. I have deep confidence in this cooperation. Together, we can create positive changes for future generations by promoting AI innovation.”

FPT GenAI was researched and developed to apply the most advanced generative AI technology to products in the FPT AI ecosystem, Made by FPT through the strategy of "Generative AI first". Thereby affirming the pioneering position of FPT AI, bringing the spearhead of AI technology in the digital transformation strategy in Vietnam and the world, bringing AI into every corner of life.
