Rear Admiral Phan Tuan Hung ceased his position as Deputy Commander of the Navy, Ministry of National Defense, and retired from work on March 1 to retire from July 1.

Major General Dang Van Hung ceased his position as Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of Military Region 7, Ministry of National Defense, and retired from work on March 1 to retire from September 1.

Lieutenant General Tran Duy Giang ceased his position as Chief of the General Department of Logistics, Ministry of National Defense, and retired from work from March 1 to July 1.

Major General Le Van Phuc ceased his position as Deputy Commander of the Border Guard, Ministry of National Defense, and retired from work from May 1 to January 1, 2026.

Major General Hoang Van Huu ceased his position as Deputy Commander of Military Region 1, Ministry of National Defense, and retired from work from March 1. He will continue to serve as a National Assembly delegate until the end of his term, when he will retire according to regulations.
