On the afternoon of February 7, Hai Duong Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce and hand over the decision of the Provincial Police Director on early retirement for 6 officers at the level of heads and deputy heads of professional departments.
The leaders of Hai Duong Provincial Police Department awarded early retirement decisions to 6 department-level leaders of the Provincial Police Department.
Accordingly, 6 heads and deputy heads of professional departments of Hai Duong Provincial Police requested to retire early, including: Colonel Pham Duc Diep, Party Cell Secretary, Head of the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order; Lieutenant Colonel Pham Van Luc, Party Cell Secretary, Head of the Department of Professional Records; Lieutenant Colonel Vu Duc Khoa, Party Cell Secretary, Head of the Department of Internal Security; Lieutenant Colonel Vu Hong Phong, Party Cell Secretary, Head of the Department of Criminal Techniques; Lieutenant Colonel Do Manh Hung, Party Cell Secretary, Head of the Department of Criminal Enforcement and Judicial Support; Lieutenant Colonel Duong Ngoc Vinh, Deputy Head of the Staff Department.
The 6 above-mentioned officers, chiefs and deputy chiefs of professional departments, are all under the management of the Standing Committee of the Hai Duong Provincial Police Party Committee.
