6 'nutrition pyramids' guide Vietnamese people of all ages on what to eat, are you eating correctly?

The six nutritional pyramids of the National Institute of Nutrition suggest food groups to help balance nutrients, prioritize which foods to use, limit which foods... for each specific age.

According to experts from the National Institute of Nutrition, nutrition plays a very important role in health at any age.

Based on the nutrition pyramid, you can know the energy needs of yourself and other family members to make appropriate adjustments.

Currently, the nutrition pyramid is being widely used in nutrition counseling in many countries, including Vietnam.

The nutritional pyramid is presented with a wide base at the bottom and a pointed top at the top corresponding to the amount of food to eat in a day.

Foods at the bottom of the pyramid should be consumed in larger quantities than those at the top of the pyramid. The top tier at the top of the pyramid is foods that should be consumed in limited quantities.
