1. Agribank's customer information authentication and cleaning management system - Sao Khue for the Digital Data sector. Possessing a large volume of customer data, Agribank is one of the leading banks in the journey of transforming its operating model according to digital trends, paying special attention to data management to master and exploit the use of data sources systematically.

Agribank has completed the construction of an authentication management system. Up to now, Agribank has cleaned the customer information of 8 million individual customers according to the provisions of Circulars No. 17 and No. 18 of the State Bank. The customer information authentication and cleaning management system allows synchronization, management, and exploitation of cleaned customer data from channels, effectively supporting the implementation of connection with the National Population Database, enhancing measures to protect, monitor, and prevent unusual and fraudulent transactions.

2. Treasury asset management system - Sao Khue in the field of Asset Management. Applying information technology to treasury asset management is one of Agribank's innovations in applying science and technology towards applying 4.0 technology in the field of currency and treasury management.

The Monitoring System is an indispensable component of Agribank's modern data center, not only helping to control and use energy effectively but also increasing the lifespan of infrastructure equipment, maintaining a stable operating environment for information technology equipment and especially the ability to warn in real time to prevent possible incidents.

4. Digital solution for credit approval process beyond authority - Sao Khue in the field of Data - Process Digitization (BPO). The system supporting credit approval beyond authority is a digital solution, process management, increasing the efficiency of granting credit beyond authority at Agribank Head Office.

Credit approval processes are digitized through advanced analytics on credit profiles, financial reports, and financial indicators to increase the accuracy of credit approval, while monitoring the investment portfolio, reducing the risk of errors, reducing credit risks, and allowing Agribank to shorten processing times, approving credit for customers faster and more accurately.

5. Agribank Plus – Sao Khue in the field of Digital Utilities. Agribank Plus is a multi-channel application (Omnichannel) that allows Agribank customers to use more than 150 functions and convenient banking services synchronized on website channels and phones, tablets with a seamless, unified experience on a simple, easy-to-use interface.
