According to the plan to implement key investment projects in Long An province in 2025, many new residential areas and urban areas will be built in districts bordering Ho Chi Minh City.
These projects have all had their 1/500 planning approved, have been carrying out environmental procedures, land procedures, construction procedures, and are implementing site clearance work to implement the investment.
In which Duc Hoa district has 2 projects.
Including the Hau Nghia - Duc Hoa new urban area project with an area of about 197.22 hectares, population of about 40,000 people, invested by Green City Development Joint Stock Company.
Hau Nghia town residential area project, Duc Hoa has an area of about 17 hectares, population of about 4,000 people, invested by Duc Hoa district People's Committee.
Both projects are in the stage of inventory and preparation for site clearance and are expected to begin site leveling and construction from the fourth quarter of 2025.
The remaining 4 projects are located in Ben Luc district.
Including an ecological urban area, commercial tourism project with an area of about 220.05 hectares in Thanh Phu commune, Ben Luc with a population of about 29,185 people. The investor is a joint venture of DB Investment and Development One Member Co., Ltd. - Ecopark Group Joint Stock Company.
Thanh Phu - Tan Buu residential area project in Thanh Phu and Tan Buu communes, Ben Luc district has an area of about 143 hectares. The population is about 25,000 people. The investor is a joint venture of Hong Viet Joint Stock Company and Thang Long Real Estate Investment and Construction Company Limited.
Mai Ba Huong residential area project in Luong Hoa commune, Ben Luc district has an area of about 140.22 hectares. The population is about 20,000 people. Tandoland Joint Stock Company is the investor.
Luong Hoa residential area project is also located in Luong Hoa commune, Ben Luc district, with an area of about 101 hectares. The population is about 17,000 people. Prodezi Joint Stock Company is the investor.
All 4 projects in Ben Luc district have completed site clearance and are in the stage of leveling and construction.
In addition, in the remaining district bordering Ho Chi Minh City, Can Giuoc, Long An, there is also the Five Star urban area project invested by Five Star Group with an area of 195 hectares, which has completed phase 1 and will begin implementing the next phases in 2025.
In addition, a number of residential and urban projects located in districts bordering Ho Chi Minh City have also been approved by Long An in principle for investment. In 2025, they will continue to carry out procedures to plan construction from 2026.
