The theme of this year's festival is "Playing with Math".
The festival was bustling with the participation of about 6,000 students, teachers, and lecturers from many primary, secondary, and high schools in Ho Chi Minh City and several other provinces and cities as well as from many universities.
In particular, students enjoy about 100 experiential activities of the "Magical Land of Mathematics".

These are mathematical applications in creating games related to mathematics, STEM, AI... sweaty fun activities such as applying mathematics to catch criminals, deciphering secret messages, decoding the attraction of magnetic balls...
There are also a series of discovery games that apply math such as telescope viewing and balance shaping.
The experiences and applications from mathematics brought to the festival are very diverse, suitable for many ages. During the festival, many young students participate in interesting games and even the elderly have something to play and learn.

Nguyen Tan Nguyen, an 11th grader at Ho Thi Nham High School (Tra Vinh), said he loves mathematics, so in order to fully participate in the festival, Nguyen took a bus from 5am to get to the festival. “I am very passionate about the many mathematical experiences here. Besides having fun and experiencing, I also got to hear about the future of mathematics and its applications,” Nguyen shared.
