1. Drink black coffee.

A study published in the journal Hepatology indicates that people who regularly drink black coffee have a 23% lower risk of developing fatty liver disease compared to those who do not drink it.

Black coffee contains a high amount of antioxidants that help protect the liver from oxidative stress. The ideal amount of black coffee to drink is one to two cups per day, without added sugar or milk.

Research from the American Nutrition Association indicates that cinnamon helps boost liver function, improve fat metabolism, and aid in detoxification. Additionally, cinnamon contains numerous anti-inflammatory compounds that help control blood sugar and support rapid weight loss.
