This decision was made after construction units were identified as being slow in mobilizing personnel, equipment, vehicles and materials for construction work, affecting the overall progress of the project.

The Dong Nai Province Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board has issued a notice of contract progress violations to four contractors participating in the construction of two key traffic projects in the area. |
Accordingly, three contractors constructing packages 18 and 21 of the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway component project 1 were reminded and warned of violating the contract progress. Specifically, Hoa Binh 479 Joint Stock Company is responsible for constructing package 18, Construction Corporation No. 1 - JSC and Hai Dang Joint Stock Company are in charge of package 21.
Tan Nam Construction Joint Stock Company, the contractor of package 26 of component project 3 of Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3, was also determined to have violated the contract schedule due to not meeting the requirements for construction implementation as committed.
To ensure project progress, the Project Management Board requires contractors to quickly re-establish a comprehensive and detailed construction implementation plan, which must clearly show the plan for mobilizing personnel, machinery and materials on a monthly basis. In particular, units need to adjust the construction method in the spirit of "3 shifts, 4 teams", and have the approval of the supervising consultant and the investor.
The Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway Project has a total length of more than 54 km, passing through the two provinces of Dong Nai and Ba Ria - Vung Tau. Of which, the section passing through Dong Nai is more than 34 km long, divided into two component projects. In addition, component project 3 of Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 is also more than 11 km long.
Recently, the construction progress of some packages of the two projects has not met the requirements of the contract. The main reasons are slow site clearance, shortage of filling materials and delays in mobilizing resources from contractors. With drastic corrective measures, the authorities expect contractors to soon overcome the shortcomings and speed up the progress to ensure the completion of the project according to the plan.
