The total number of tourists to Thua Thien Hue is estimated at 130,000 (up 32.7% over the same period in 2023), revenue from tourism services is estimated at 132 billion VND (up 69.2% over the same period in 2023).

The number of guests staying is estimated at 65,000 (an increase of 77.7% compared to the holiday on September 2, 2023), including about 16,000 international visitors (an increase of 49.7% compared to the same period in 2023). The average room occupancy rate of hotels is about 64% (on August 31, September 1 and 2, the room occupancy rate of many accommodation establishments reached over 80%).

At the tourist attractions under the management of the Hue Monuments Conservation Center, in 4 days (August 30 - September 2), there were: 98,867 visitors (including (7,134 international visitors), on September 2 alone there were about 68,184 visitors (66,000 free Vietnamese tourists) and 2,184 international visitors visiting the relics of the Ancient Capital (compared to the same day in 2023: there were about 51,000 visitors, including 49,300 Vietnamese visitors).

The newly renovated Hai Van Quan relic site has also attracted 14,636 visitors. The waterfall resort tourist sites attract a large number of visitors: Bach Ma Village (Phu Loc) welcomes about 1,500 visitors/day, YesHue Eco Thac Mo (Nam Dong) welcomes 500 visitors/day, etc.
Tourists wait to visit Hue Imperial City.
During the National Day holiday on September 2, the railway industry welcomed more than 13,000 passengers arriving and departing at Hue Station; the tourist train route connecting the Central Heritage of Hue - Da Nang was almost full of passengers (about more than 4,000 people) during the holiday.
Phu Bai International Airport welcomed 180 arriving and departing flights, transporting more than 30,000 passengers.
