30 businesses participate in the first job fair in 2025

At the job fair, the manufacturing and business sectors recruiting many workers include: garment, footwear, electronics, labor export, life insurance, financial services... with many job positions. Accordingly, over 400 workers received job counseling, with an expected 240 workers recruited.

According to Dong Nai Employment Service Center, although the demand for recruiting unskilled workers accounts for the majority, the number of applications meeting the needs of businesses is very small (the number of applications for recruiting unskilled workers only reaches 3.15%).

The current common situation is that there is no connection and common point between the capacity, experience, and desire of workers and the recruitment requirements of enterprises. Workers are still unemployed while there are many vacant positions due to incompatibility in age, skills, or desired working location, leading to ineffective consulting and connecting work between workers and enterprises.

Therefore, the center will promote connections to promptly support quick employment for unemployed workers, meeting human resources needs for businesses in the province.
