(NLDO) – After a collision on National Highway 1A through Binh Dinh province, 3 trucks were severely damaged, 5 injured people were taken to the hospital for emergency treatment.
On the evening of February 11, the Traffic Police Department of Binh Dinh Province Police said that on the National Highway 1A bypass section through Nhon An Commune, An Nhon Town, Binh Dinh Province, a traffic accident occurred between 3 trucks, injuring 5 people.

Initial information, at around 7:00 p.m. the same day, at the above location, 3 trucks with license plates 75C - 047.14, 51C - 444.00 and 92H - 014.08 (drivers and direction of travel of the vehicles are unknown) collided on the road. After that, this bypass was seriously congested.
The collision injured 5 people and they were taken to Binh Dinh General Hospital for emergency treatment. One of the drivers was trapped in the cabin of the 75C-047.14 truck and was rescued by the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police of Binh Dinh Province.
According to the records at the scene, all 3 trucks were severely damaged. Of these, 2 trucks 75C - 04714 and 51C - 444.00 were still on the road. Truck 92H - 014.08 alone crashed into a lamppost on the side of the road, the front of the truck was in the field, the rear wheel of the truck was on the roadside in the south-north direction.
Currently, the Traffic Police are directing and regulating traffic, and coordinating with An Nhon Town Police and related units to investigate the cause of the accident.
Authorities took the injured person in the cabin outside.
Information from Binh Dinh General Hospital said that of the 5 victims in the above traffic accident, 1 case was mild and asked to go home, the remaining 4 people are being treated, no serious cases are critical.
