Dan Tri reporters conducted a survey on online booking platforms, using the booking date as August 31 and check-out date as September 1, to find accommodation at coastal resorts for a family of 4: 3 adults, 1 child.
According to the published prices, 3 resorts: Amanoi (Ninh Thuan); Six Senses Ninh Van Bay (Khanh Hoa) and InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula (Da Nang) are listing the highest prices on the market, averaging from 30 million to 170 million/night, the most expensive room costs up to 7,400 USD/night (equivalent to 185 million VND/night).

These apartments are all residences (large area, many rooms), with the common feature of being built separately, with the back against the mountain, facing the sea, very close to nature. In addition, there are full packages of 5-6 star standard services, with private butlers, a peaceful resort for the whole family.
Although the price of one night's stay is equal to a 10-day trip to Europe, some rooms have been sold out. As the holiday approaches, tourists don't have many options left.
Amanoi Resort (Ninh Thuan)
Famous for the title of "the most expensive resort in Vietnam", Amanoi (Ninh Thuan) owns ideal villas for families with prices ranging from 4,500 USD to 6,700 USD/unit/night (about 112 million VND to 167 million VND/unit/night).
The highest price is a 5-bedroom family mansion that costs up to 7,400 USD/night (185 million VND/unit/night), this price does not include taxes and fees.

Family villas are usually large, 700-1,000m2, divided into 3-5 bedrooms, with private swimming pools, majestic sea or mountain views. When paying this amount, guests can use the most premium services, free breakfast for two.
Activities that visitors can experience while staying at Amanoi: Explore the bay by kayak, catamaran, scuba dive, explore Cham culture, conquer Chua mountain peak.
Amanoi is located in the core zone of the Nui Chua UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. From the entrance, more than 1km away are unmarked paths with no signs. Visitors will feel as if they are lost in a magnificent mansion, or in their own private residence.

Hello! Magazine, a world-famous lifestyle and celebrity magazine, once published an article revealing that InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula (Da Nang) was the place where billionaire Bill Gates and his girlfriend stayed during their trip to Vietnam in May.

According to Hello!, during his 5-day trip, billionaire Bill Gates rented 3 villas located at the far end of the resort to ensure privacy. Each villa costs 10,000 USD/night (about 250 million/night), has 3 bedrooms, a private infinity pool and a private butler to serve all the needs of him and his girlfriend.

With the demand for families of 4 during the September 2 holiday, the resort currently has rooms with prices ranging from 622 USD to 4,447 USD/night/unit (about 16 million to 112 million VND/night/unit).

In addition, this resort is also known as the pioneer resort in building the first "slide" villas in Vietnam with two villas, Water Reserve and Rock Retreat.
