Three cars collided on the Hanoi highway.

At 7:30 AM on November 10th, a passenger car with license plate 15A-222.xx, driven by a 40-year-old man from Ngo Quyen District (Hai Phong City), carrying 6 people, was traveling on the Hanoi -Hai Phong expressway in the Hai Phong-Hanoi direction. Upon reaching kilometer 68+100 in Thanh Ha District (Hai Duong Province), the car rear-ended another passenger car with license plate 15A-733-xx, driven by a 51-year-old man from Thuy Nguyen District (Hai Phong City), carrying 4 people, which was stopped in lane 1 due to a vehicle breakdown.
After the initial collision, the car with license plate 15A-222.xx veered into lane 2 and collided with a 16-seater passenger van with license plate 14B-038.xx, driven by a 35-year-old man from Cam Pha City ( Quang Ninh province), which was carrying 7 people.

The multi-vehicle accident resulted in three injuries: two people in the car with license plate 15A-733-xx and the driver of the car with license plate 15A-222.xx were injured and taken to the hospital. Three vehicles were damaged, with estimated losses of 200 million VND.
Preliminary findings indicate that the driver of car 15A-222.xx failed to observe carefully; the driver of car 15A-733.xx stopped on the highway in an unsafe manner.
