3 days exploring Cam Ranh route

A 3-day journey is just enough for you to relax and explore the coastal route from Cam Ranh to Ninh Thuan.

Dropped a beat when coming to Binh Lap

Đánh rơi nhịp tim khi tới Bình Lập
Binh Lap Island is one of the Four Binhs in the Cam Ranh sea area, which is very familiar to tourists, with its wild and natural beauty. From Cam Ranh airport, you can easily travel to Binh Lap Island, follow National Highway 1A to Cau Gay, turn left, here the shuttle bus will take you straight to the island's accommodation. The steep pass road is about 5km long, both sides of the road are filled with bright yellow osaka flowers, mixed with the blue of the sea and sky, the whole majestic space is truly natural, captured in my sight, making me constantly admire and enjoy, not even daring to blink for fear of missing this beautiful scene when exploring the Cam Ranh route.

We chose a homestay with a sea view to freely explore the Cam Ranh route. Coming here is like returning to the countryside, returning to the fishing village in literary works, I only need to take a few steps to reach the beach. Due to its location deep in the bay, Binh Lap Island is considered an ideal place for boats to dock. Choosing a hammock carefully hung under two rows of trees rustling in the wind, I felt the salty breeze of the ocean and observed the hard-working fishermen, diligently preparing for the next day's fishing trip.

Exploring Cam Ranh route, the people here are very friendly and enthusiastic in guiding us what to do and where to go. Binh Lap Island does not have many outstanding entertainment services like other islands and we were suggested to join a tour to dive to see coral or watch the sunset, enjoy dinner on a floating raft.

Binh Tien Beach - The hidden gem of Ninh Thuan

Tắm biển Bình Tiên - Viên ngọc ẩn giấu của Ninh Thuận
Only about 10km from Binh Lap Island is Binh Tien beach, considered a hidden gem of Ninh Thuan tourism. When coming to Ninh Thuan, you cannot miss the experience of camping and swimming with friends at Binh Tien beach paradise. Binh Tien beach is surrounded by green pine forests and limestone mountains, so the sea here has gentle waves, not fierce, peaceful, sweet like a princess.

Binh Tien beach is still pristine, without any traces of commercialization or industrial machinery, the sea water is emerald green, the white sand is gentle and gently sloping. The entire long beach has only our group and a few other families gathering to camp on the weekend. We had wonderful and refreshing moments immersing ourselves in that blue water, or like my friend, she simply chose to lie on the beach reading a good book, listening to her favorite music, letting the sunlight sparkle through the leaves, letting the wind gently blow her wavy hair.
Because it is still quite wild, to have a perfect trip, you should prepare snacks, drinks, tents in advance. You can rent all services but you have to go quite a distance, into the village of the people to be able to rent.

Vinh Hy Bay - Hang Rai - Ninh Thuan grape picking experience

Vịnh Vĩnh Hy - Hang Rái - Trải nghiệm hái nho Ninh Thuận
Because we had plenty of time, we were suggested to visit Vinh Hy Bay - Hang Rai on the last day of the trip and experience picking grapes in Ninh Thuan. Before going, I had researched quite thoroughly about Ninh Thuan but it is true that "a hundred hearings are not as good as one seeing", the coastal road running from Binh Lap to Vinh Hy Bay once again overwhelmed me, I could not stop exclaiming, the most beautiful words probably could not describe the natural beauty of the sea here.
Arriving at Hang Rai, I felt like I was lost in… “Mars”. Perhaps nowhere else has an ancient coral reef that is millions of years old in the middle of the sea like Hang Rai. The surface has been eroded by waves and sea water, creating a rugged, sharp terrain like on Mars. The special thing about this “Mars” is the color change according to the sunlight and the sea surface at different times of the day. We arrived here around noon, so unfortunately we could not fully admire the most beautiful Hang Rai at sunset and the scene of waves hitting the ancient coral reef, causing water to overflow inside and then run down, creating extremely beautiful waterfalls that the locals often call “Waterfalls on the sea”.
The last place we visited before ending our 3-day trip was Ninh Thuan vineyard. Before going, I was not very excited and secretly thought that it would only take 10 minutes to buy some grapes as gifts and I was wrong. What caught my eyes were a lot of bunches of grapes full of fruit, turning left, turning right, looking straight, looking behind, everywhere were bunches of plump grapes, hanging, inviting right before my eyes. Pick a bunch of grapes, sip the sweet, sour, cool taste, especially the grapes were just picked so they were still very fresh.
One, then two, three, I quickly put them in my mouth and slowly felt the fresh taste spread in my mouth. And finally, it took me 1 hour and 30 minutes to experience picking grapes in the garden. I was guided by the locals on how to choose the bunches of grapes to bring home, how to preserve them to keep the freshness for the longest time, an extremely interesting experience that luckily I did not miss when visiting Ninh Thuan.
