Statistics from the Organizing Committee show that up to 98 businesses registered for this session with a total recruitment and enrollment target of up to 29,195, creating favorable conditions for workers to easily access job opportunities. In particular, the largest labor demand is from enterprises and industrial parks in Bac Giang province with 14,424 recruitment targets. Some provinces and cities with quite large recruitment needs are Bac Ninh with 5,399 targets, Thai Binh with 5,080 targets, Ninh Binh with 2,288 targets. By occupation, the demand for the Garment and Leather industry is the largest with 10,948 targets, followed by the Electricity and Electronics industries with 8,420 targets, production workers with 5,485 targets...

In Hanoi, 31 enterprises participated in this session, with a total recruitment target of 1,177. Of which, 21 enterprises are in the trade and service sector, accounting for the highest proportion (67.7%). The rest are in other sectors: Manufacturing, construction... The demand for recruiting workers with college or university degrees or higher is 438 targets, accounting for 37.2%. The demand for recruiting workers with intermediate qualifications - technical workers is the most common, with 472 targets, accounting for 40.1%. The demand for recruiting workers with general labor qualifications is 267 targets, accounting for 22.7%.

There are 198 targets with high income levels from 15 million VND/month or more, accounting for 16.8% of the total recruitment targets. This is the income level of high-quality recruitment targets, workers with good experience and expertise, and the ability to withstand high work pressure.

There are 312 targets with income from 10 to 15 million VND/month, accounting for 26.5% of the total recruitment targets. This is the income level of the recruitment targets for business, management, supervision, department head - deputy head positions...

There are 212 targets with income from 5 to 7 million VND/month, accounting for 18% of the total recruitment targets. This is the income level of seasonal - part-time jobs or for new graduates, common workers in simple, internship positions that do not require high expertise.

The remaining is the agreed income level with 14 indicators. This is the salary agreed between the enterprise and the employee during the interview process. The agreed salary depends on many factors such as skills, experience, education level, job position, etc. to ensure meeting the needs and benefits of the employee.

Job opportunities in this session mainly focus on the 18-25 age group with 588 positions, accounting for 49.9%.
