| Tens of thousands of people and tourists from all over the world were present at Van Lang Park Lake very early to witness the fierce competition of the rowing teams. |
This year's rowing competition has the participation of 9 rowing teams with 270 athletes, including 5 rowing teams from Viet Tri city and 4 rowing teams from Cam Khe, Thanh Thuy, Tam Nong and Doan Hung districts.
With a total swimming distance of 2.6km, turning around at a distance of 1.3km, divided into 3 swimming rounds, then selecting the 3 teams with the highest results in the qualifying round and 1 team with the highest second place achievement to enter the final round.

In front of tens of thousands of spectators from inside and outside the province, the racing teams gave the audience beautiful and thrilling races.
As a result, the first prize went to the Bach Hac ward team, the Cam Khe district team won the second prize, the Thanh Thuy and Doan Hung district teams won the third prize. The remaining teams shared the Encouragement prize.

The Viet Tri City Open Rowing Tournament was held on the occasion of Hung Kings' Commemoration Day - Hung Temple Festival to preserve and honor the unique cultural values of rowing art.
Rowing competition is organized according to the Rowing Competition Rules issued by the General Department of Sports and Physical Training and professional regulations of the Vietnam Rowing Federation. The races are drawn, arranged and managed by international and national referees.
