Voters of Hung Loc commune, Ben Thuy ward (Vinh city) and Thanh Huong commune, Thanh Chuong town (Thanh Chuong district) petitioned competent authorities to resolve land division applications of households and issue land use right certificates to people; including 53 households currently living on land area of Thanh Chuong Protective Forest Management Board.
Voters of Nam Dan town recommend that competent authorities pay attention to arranging the land of the inter-agency kindergarten that is currently not in use or arrange other land funds of the district to build a cultural house of Mai Hac De block.
Voters of Thanh Thinh commune (Thanh Chuong district) proposed upgrading and repairing the road from Ho Chi Minh trail to the old Border Guard Station 559.

Voters of Hung Tay commune (Hung Nguyen district) proposed to adjust the planning of VSIP industrial park due to overlapping planning of the sports and entertainment area and cultural house of Khoa Da hamlet, Hung Tay commune; thoroughly solve the pollution problem of Biomass Factory; repair the power lines of group 1, group 2, Khoa Da hamlet, Hung Tay commune.
Voters of Hung Binh ward (Vinh city) reported that vendors at Cua Bac market were encroaching on the road and sidewalks, affecting traffic safety and environmental sanitation, but the authorities did not take drastic action.
In the field of policy and internal affairs:
Voters of Quynh Thanh commune (Quynh Luu district) and Vinh Thanh commune (Yen Thanh district) made recommendations regarding the draft Resolution on the number, titles, allowance levels, and policies for part-time workers and other subjects in communes, wards, towns, hamlets, blocks, and villages in Nghe An province.
Voter Nguyen Duy Son (Lang Son commune, Anh Son district) reported that the locality has not been recognized as a type I administrative unit and has not been allocated a support budget for cadres, civil servants and public employees working at the "One-stop" department.

Voters in Nam Thanh commune (Nam Dan district) reported that students majoring in pedagogy at Vinh University have not yet received the living expense support policy of 3.6 million VND/month as prescribed.
Voters of Nghi Cong Nam commune (Nghi Loc district) proposed that the province merge some local associations, such as the Association of Former Youth Volunteers, the Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin, and the Veterans Association, to save the state budget.
Voters of Xuan Lam commune (Hung Nguyen district) proposed that the Provincial People's Council establish a monitoring and survey team to make decisions on capital allocation in public investment, avoiding the situation where the Central Government provides capital but cannot implement it.
