Evaluating this cooperation, Director of the Hanoi City Public Administration Service Center Cu Ngoc Trang said that the cooperation between the two units is like a "circulating arrow", people who come to the bank to use services can "take advantage" to perform online public services, and vice versa.

BIDV will sponsor the free production of about 500 videos with content on instructions for performing public services, exploiting utilities on VNeID, digital services... These videos will be widely published on social networking platforms, expanding to people nationwide, not limited to the capital Hanoi.

In addition, BIDV also provides free kiosks located at 12 branches and 30 administrative document reception points of the City Public Administration Service Center to serve citizens' online application submission.
