This afternoon, January 14, information from the Department of Education and Training of Huong Hoa district said that the unit has just encouraged and rewarded two female students of the Van Kieu ethnic group at Huong Phung Secondary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities for their beautiful act of picking up lost property and returning it to its owner, a foreign tourist visiting the area.

Previously, on January 12, two students, Ho Thi Hinh, class 9C, and Ho Thi Nhi, class 8A, on their way home from school, picked up a wallet containing 686 USD (equivalent to nearly 17 million VND) and personal documents.
Immediately afterwards, the two children and their parents went to Huong Phung Commune Police to find the owner and return the money. Upon verification, the money and identification papers were owned by Mr. Dourlas Royer, an American citizen.
In response to the above beautiful action, the leaders of the Department of Education and Training of Huong Hoa district encouraged, rewarded and proposed that superiors commend the good deeds of these two Van Kieu students.
