16 land plots to bid for investment projects using land in Thanh Hoa province in 2025

According to Resolution No. 608/NQ-HDND dated December 14, 2024 of the People's Council of Thanh Hoa province, in 2025, there will be 16 land plots for bidding for investment projects using land in the province.

Including 9 land plots of projects in Thanh Hoa city in the wards: Lam Son, Quang Hung, Dong Huong, Dong Son, Dong Hai, Nam Ngan, Phu Son, Quang Thanh, Ham Rong,

There are 2 project land plots in Nghi Son Town, belonging to Binh Minh, Xuan Lam, Nguyen Binh wards and Nghi Son Economic Zone.

There are 2 project land plots in Tho Xuan district.

There is a project land in Yen Dinh district.

Specifically, 9 land plots of the Projects in Thanh Hoa City, including:

- Social housing in Lam Son ward, Thanh Hoa city has an area of ​​0.42 ha;

- Social housing subject to local adjustment of detailed construction planning at scale 1/500 Lot 2, Lot 3 under zoning planning at scale 1/2000 of Quang Hung ward, Thanh Hoa city, with an area of ​​0.97 ha;

- Social housing area Lot A - TM3 Dong Huong Urban Area, Thanh Hoa City, has an area of ​​1.44 hectares;

- Social housing at the residential area project along both sides of the CSEDP Project road (Dong Son ward), with an area of ​​1.95 hectares;
