For the first time in Vietnam, 1508 London brings the Curated Living standard to Da Lat, through a limited collection of 68 Sky Villas and Sky Mansions at Haus Residences, part of Haus Da Lat. Inspired by the materials, climate and heritage of the highlands, each sky villa preserves the heritage in the middle of Da Lat - where fog, humidity, early morning sunlight through the pine forest and the smell of wood in the wind are all blended in each space. Every interior detail in the house is carefully selected, not repeated, no house is the same design as another.

Haus Residences architecture designed by the legendary Kengo Kuma has pine cone-shaped balconies creating many separate views for each apartment, each floor. Each view is privileged by the heritage location in the middle of Da Lat: from Xuan Huong Lake, pine forest, city in the mist, to the golf course of more than 60 hectares.

1508 London does not choose to use murals, but instead lets nature become a work of art through the story of light. From an artist’s work displayed in a Paris museum, to a wooden chair from Denmark’s oldest brand with a 100-year history of crafting for royalty; or a rug handcrafted by a third-generation artisan in a three-generation Italian family, each item is not only functional but also carries historical value and cultural depth.

Among the brands chosen by 1508 London for Haus Da Lat, Baxter Italia is a must-mention – a master of materials and craftsmanship, famous for its use of marble and leather. Here, marble is always mined from a single block, each slab has a unique pattern, never repeated. Genuine leather is processed entirely by hand, not polished, each layer of natural grain is kept intact with uneven tones, not mass-produced. A Baxter leather chair is not only expensive from the beginning, but the longer it is used, the softer it becomes, the longer it is kept, the more valuable it becomes.

Each work has no second one because the natural patterns and textures never repeat.

Mathieu Lehanneur – one of France’s leading designers, who received the “Grand Prize for Creativity” from the City of Paris – also contributed to the interior space at Haus Da Lat. His works are currently displayed at the New York Museum of Modern Art (MoMA), San Francisco and the Paris Museum of Decorative Arts.

Next to them is Formafantasma – a Milan-based contemporary design studio known for the bold, boundary-pushing creations of Andrea Trimarchi and Simone Farresin. The duo’s work has been selected by Fendi, Hermès and renowned museums such as MoMA and the Metropolitan Museum, and 1508 London has also collaborated to design Haus Da Lat.
