Lieutenant Colonel Le Minh Hoan, Chief of Chi Linh City Police, spoke when receiving his new assignment.

On behalf of district-level police officers who have just received their new assignments, Senior Lieutenant Colonel Le Minh Hoan, Chief of Chi Linh City Police, shared: "The revolution of streamlining the apparatus has greatly affected the working conditions and feelings of officers and soldiers, but the police force is always ready to take the lead in implementing it, especially district-level police officers and soldiers. Among them, many people volunteered to retire early, many people stepped back in rank, to more distant communes and wards, where the working conditions are more difficult, arduous, and complicated.

When there are no more district police, the workload will increase many times, the area will be further away, and there will inevitably be obstacles. However, we are all ready to take on new tasks with confidence, accept hardships, and are determined to excellently complete our tasks in the new situation."
