On February 17, Hung Yen Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce the decision of the Provincial Police Director on personnel work.

At the ceremony, Colonel Nguyen Thanh Truong, Director of Hung Yen Provincial Police, handed over decisions on early retirement benefits to four people, including: Colonel Nguyen Quang Trung, Chief Inspector of the Provincial Police; Colonel Nguyen Van Hoc, Head of the Criminal Techniques Department; Colonel Nguyen Van Duong, Head of the Mobile Police Department; and Lieutenant Colonel Do Van Tien, Warden of the Detention Camp.

Among those who retired before the above-mentioned age limit, Colonel Nguyen Van Hoc has the longest remaining working time with 3 years and 5 months.

The wish of those who retire early this time is to create favorable conditions for the organization of cadres, contributing to the implementation of the policy of streamlining the apparatus of the People's Public Security force; clearly demonstrating the responsibility, pioneering spirit and exemplary role of Party members and heads of Party committees in implementing the policy of continuing to arrange and streamline the organization of the local public security apparatus to operate effectively and efficiently, meeting the requirements and tasks in the new period.

Previously, Hung Yen Provincial Police had 7 department heads, district police chiefs, deputy department heads, and deputy district police chiefs who applied for early retirement benefits, including: Colonel Nguyen Quoc Chinh, Head of Investigation Security Department; Colonel Do Ngoc Cu, Head of Internal Security Department; Colonel Nguyen Van Nam, Head of Criminal Enforcement and Judicial Support Police Department; Colonel Le Van Truong, Head of Khoai Chau District Police; Colonel Nguyen Anh Dung, Head of Kim Dong District Police; Colonel Pham Nhat Thang, Deputy Head of Technical and Offline Department; Lieutenant Colonel Vu Ngoc Son, Deputy Head of Khoai Chau District Police.

Speaking with VietNamNet reporters, the leader of Hung Yen Provincial Police said that, up to now, Hung Yen Provincial Police has the largest number of department heads applying for early retirement in the country.

The leaders of Hung Yen Provincial Police hope that, although these officers are retiring early, with their extensive experience, they will continue to contribute their strength and intelligence to the police work, the work of ensuring local security and order, and continue to maintain close relationships with comrades and teammates.
