11 daily regimes of the Vietnam People's Army
In order to maintain the daily and weekly activities of soldiers, the Vietnam People's Army has introduced 11 daily regimes. With the continuity of these regimes, soldiers not only study, train, practice, and play scientifically, but also ensure that the entire unit operates in a unified and regular manner, while creating favorable conditions for the discipline management of each unit.
Here are the 11 daily regimes of the Vietnam People's Army as follows:
1. Hanging the national flag
2. Wake up
3. Morning exercise
4. Check the light
5. Learning
6. Eating and drinking
7. Clean weapons and equipment
8. Sports, increased production
9. Read newspapers, listen to news
10. Roll call, military count
11. Sleep
It is known that the first time to implement the "Flag Raising" regime is 5 o'clock, however, the regulations vary depending on each unit.
For example, schools and training academies for students, non-commissioned officers, and soldiers have to start teaching and going to class early, so the alarm clock will be set 15-30 minutes earlier.
In winter, the alarm will be set 30 minutes later, so the modes will be set 30 minutes later. However, from 6pm, the modes will still work the same in both seasons.
On days off, all alarm clocks and rest times are 30 minutes later, except for meal times which are still followed. In the evening, soldiers will be able to watch movies and have entertainment according to the prescribed schedule.
