On April 21 and 22, at Luong Van Tuy High School for the Gifted (Ninh Binh), the Association of High Schools for the Gifted in the Coastal and Northern Delta regions organized the 16th Competition for selecting excellent students of High Schools for the Gifted in the Coastal and Northern Delta regions - 2025.

The exam attracted 2,149 10th and 11th graders from 46 specialized high schools in 36 provinces and cities across the country to participate in 13 specialized subjects, including Math, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Informatics, Literature, History, Geography, English, Russian, French, Chinese, and Japanese.

As a result, the Organizing Committee awarded 195 Gold medals, 384 Silver medals, 579 Bronze medals, and 756 consolation prizes to the contestants.

Le Thanh Tong High School for the Gifted (Hoi An) had 53/54 contestants winning prizes (4 gold medals, 6 silver medals, 15 bronze medals, 28 consolation prizes).

Nguyen Binh Khiem High School for the Gifted (Tam Ky) had 49/54 contestants winning prizes (2 gold medals, 10 silver medals, 16 bronze medals, 21 consolation prizes).
