On December 16, at Ia Rve Border Guard Station, the Dak Lak Provincial Border Guard Command held a conference to review training, regularization, and discipline management tasks in 2024.
Colonel Nguyen Cong Tuan, Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of Dak Lak Provincial Border Guard, chaired the conference.
In 2024, under the close leadership of the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense, the Party Committee, and the Border Guard Command, the political security situation and social order and safety in the border area were basically stable, and the material and spiritual life of officers, soldiers, and people in the border area was gradually improved. Agencies and units have well implemented training tasks in accordance with regulations.
In the work of building discipline and managing discipline, the unit has regularly organized the dissemination of documents from superiors on the work of building discipline, training discipline, ensuring safety in training, studying, working and participating in traffic. At the same time, it has maintained inspection and rectification of compliance with regulations, rules, discipline, laws and ensuring safety in performing tasks, especially ensuring safety when participating in traffic.
Training results in 2024: 100% of units achieved good results; 100% of units were politically safe; 100% of officers and soldiers had good ideology and absolutely ensured safety of people and weapons and equipment.
In addition, the Dak Lak Provincial Border Guard Command deployed the construction of pilot units on regular construction and discipline management at Dak Rue Border Guard Station and Bo Heng Border Guard Station. As a result, the two units achieved their goals and requirements, officers and soldiers strictly followed discipline, and the work of regular construction had many positive changes.
The unit has determined that the direction and tasks for the coming time will continue to thoroughly grasp, deploy, and strictly implement the resolutions, directives, and regulations of the superiors on training, building regulations, and discipline management; continue to select and build model units for training, building regulations, and discipline management to create positive changes in awareness and action. At the same time, replicate the model in the provincial Border Guard.
Continue to deploy training contents according to plan and improve the quality of training framework for new soldiers and training cadres to prepare for training tasks; Strengthen troop management and strictly maintain regular and disciplined regimes in the unit; integrate training contents, regular building, discipline management with promoting emulation movements and campaigns, especially implementing Directive 05 of the Politburo on promoting studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style and the campaign "Promoting the tradition of talent dedication, worthy of being Uncle Ho's soldiers".
