On December 16th, at the Ia Rvê Border Guard Station, the Dak Lak Provincial Border Guard Command held a conference to review lessons learned from training, building a professional force, and managing discipline in 2024.

In 2024, under the close leadership and guidance of the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense , the Party Committee, and the Border Guard Command, the political security and social order in border areas remained basically stable, and the material and spiritual lives of officers, soldiers, and people in border areas were gradually improved. Agencies and units successfully implemented training tasks in accordance with regulations.

In the work of building a standardized system and managing discipline, the unit has regularly organized the dissemination of documents from higher levels regarding the building of a standardized system, discipline training, and ensuring safety in training, learning, work, and traffic participation. At the same time, it maintains inspections and corrections of compliance with regulations, rules, discipline, laws, and safety in performing tasks, especially ensuring safety when participating in traffic.

The training results for 2024 show that 100% of units achieved a good rating; 100% of units were politically secure; 100% of officers and soldiers had good morale; and absolute safety of personnel and weapons and equipment was ensured.

In addition, the Dak Lak Provincial Border Guard Command implemented the construction of model units for regularization and discipline management at the Dak Rue Border Gate Border Guard Station and the Bo Heng Border Guard Station. As a result, both units achieved the set objectives and requirements, officers and soldiers strictly adhered to discipline, and the work of regularization showed many positive changes.

The unit has determined that its future direction and tasks will continue to thoroughly understand, implement, and strictly adhere to the resolutions, directives, and regulations of higher authorities regarding training, building a standardized system, and managing discipline; continue to select and develop model units in training, building a standardized system, and managing discipline to create positive changes in awareness and action. At the same time, it will replicate these model units throughout the provincial Border Guard Force.

Continue to implement training according to plan and improve the quality of training for new recruits and training for officers preparing for training missions; strengthen troop management and strictly maintain regular discipline and order in the unit; integrate training content, building a regular force, and managing discipline with promoting emulation movements and campaigns, especially the implementation of Directive 05 of the Politburo on promoting the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality, and style, and the campaign "Promoting the tradition of contributing talent, worthy of being called Ho Chi Minh's soldiers".
