Up to now, Agribank has cleaned the customer information of 8 million individual customers according to the provisions of Circulars No. 17 and No. 18 of the State Bank. The customer information authentication and cleaning management system allows synchronization, management, and exploitation of cleaned customer data from channels, effectively supporting the process of implementing the connection with the National Population Database, enhancing protection measures, monitoring, and preventing unusual and fraudulent transactions.
